These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "Account Holder") and 77bfb ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the 77bfb website, mobile web interface, and all services offered therein, including sports betting, live casino, slots, and crash games. Each player may register only one account on 77bfb. To open an account, you must complete the registration form accurately and truthfully, providing a valid mobile phone number registered in your own name, a secure password of your choosing, and confirmation that you meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 1 above. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account credentials.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your 77bfb login credentials. There is no maximum deposit limit set by 77bfb, though individual payment providers may impose their own transaction limits.

Withdrawals are subject to satisfactory completion of 77bfb's KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process. You must submit a valid National ID card (NID) or equivalent identity document before your first withdrawal is processed. Subsequent withdrawals by a verified account holder are processed without additional documentation. Withdrawal processing times and any applicable conditions are as follows:

• Withdrawal requests submitted during business hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6) are typically processed within 30 minutes for verified accounts. Requests submitted outside of core hours may take up to 24 hours.

Depositing funds with no intention to wager and then requesting immediate withdrawal (commonly referred to as "cycling" or "money service abuse") is prohibited and may constitute a reportable offence.

77bfb offers bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, the BPL, and major international cricket tournaments. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms stated at the time of the offer:

• Bonuses are credited to your 77bfb account balance and are subject to a wagering requirement, which must be met before any funds attributable to that bonus may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement for each bonus is stated in the relevant promotional terms.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player per promotional offer, unless the promotional terms explicitly state otherwise. Attempting to claim a bonus multiple times using multiple accounts is a breach of these Terms.

By placing a bet, you accept the odds, terms, and conditions applicable to that bet at the time it is placed. The following general betting rules apply across all sports and markets:

• Bets are final once confirmed by the 77bfb system. You may not cancel or amend a bet after it has been accepted. The in-play cash-out feature (where available) may allow you to settle a bet early at the offered cash-out price, subject to the cash-out terms applicable to that market.
• 77bfb reserves the right to void any bet that has been placed at odds that were clearly published in error (for example, odds that do not reflect the true market or that result from a data feed malfunction). In such cases, the stake will be returned to the player's account.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on 77bfb and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance, and where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, AI-assisted wagering tools, scripts, or any other non-human means to place bets, exploit bonuses, or interact with the platform in a manner not available to standard users.
• Match-fixing, spot-fixing, or placing bets on the basis of inside information relating to the outcome of a sporting event. This includes collusion with players, officials, or any other party involved in the event.
• Registering more than one account, whether in your own name or using different personal information, devices, IP addresses, or payment methods. All accounts identified as duplicates will be closed and any balances forfeited.
• Using the 77bfb platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financially illicit purpose. 77bfb is obligated to report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities and will cooperate fully with any lawful investigation.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward 77bfb staff or other platform users via any communication channel, including live chat and support email.

77bfb's determination of what constitutes prohibited conduct is final. Where 77bfb has reasonable grounds to suspect a breach, it may suspend the account and withhold any balance pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach, the account will be permanently closed and the balance forfeited in full.

77bfb may suspend or close your account at any time, with or without notice, if: (a) you have breached any part of these Terms; (b) 77bfb is required to do so by law or a competent authority; (c) 77bfb suspects fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity on your account; or (d) 77bfb determines in its sole discretion that continued operation of your account poses a risk to the platform, other players, or the integrity of the services. Where an account is closed due to a breach by the player, any remaining balance may be forfeited in whole or in part depending on the nature of the breach.

77bfb makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability, 77bfb's liability shall be limited to the minimum extent required by applicable law.

77bfb reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, 77bfb will publish the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the 77bfb platform after any amendment has been published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with an amendment, you must stop using the platform and close your account before the amendment takes effect.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. 77bfb makes no representation that the services offered on the platform are lawful in every jurisdiction from which they may be accessed.
